ISCO is currently managed by an Executive Director, supported by a Senior Operational Manager and an Administration Manager, who runs an office, located centrally in Jakarta, and supervises the whole foundation’s activities nationally.

ISCO’s Senior Operational Manager is responsible in supervising the progress of the children’s educational development, in terms of the number of children, the attendance rate, the school performance, and the areas sponsored; whereas ISCO’s Administration Manager is responsible in providing supports that will help the operations of the social programs run smoothly

For the implementation and quality of the programs in each sponsored area, ISCO has 4 Area Managers, supervising Jakarta, Surabaya and Medan. These Area Managers are assisted by Project Officers: 6 in Greater Jakarta, 2 in Surabaya and 2 in Medan. Nationwide, ISCO's organization is currently composed of many highly dedicated persons, some of them on full-time employment basis and some of them on voluntary basis.
